CCIR is a coalition of Christian organizations, churches, and leaders from across the theological and political spectrum, united in support of comprehensive U.S. immigration reform. We are working together to see fair and humane immigration reform enacted in Congress this year because we share a set of common moral and theological principles that compel us to love, care for, and seek justice for the stranger among us.

Sojourners believes it is time to bring the war in Afghanistan to an end.

Get Involved

Sojourners is an international network of folks just like you who strive to put their faith in action in practical, transformative ways. Seekers and skeptics, students and teachers, pastors and ministers, parents and prophets, young and old and in between — all are welcome.

Sojourners has many ways for you to connect, learn, grow and take steps to transform the world together. Whether you're looking for faith-based commentary on the most pressing social concerns of the day, resources to go deeper in your study of Scripture, thinking about ways to organize your community around justice issues, or yearning to join the Great Conversation about politics, culture and faith, you'll find what you're looking for at Sojourners.

Pray

Scripture makes it crystal clear that prayer is the mightiest tool we have. It changes us, and through us, God changes the world. Open your prayer life to the world beyond your personal needs, concerns and doorstep. Learn how to pray for God's justice — for the Kingdom to be on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Learn

The Bible is full of God's teaching about how we are to live in the world and care for the sick, vulnerable, marginalized and impoverished. (Did you know there are more than 2,000 verses of Scripture that explicitly mention the poor?) Still, too often these themes are not emphasized in our local faith communities.

Sojourners offers loads of resources from top spiritual leaders — for both personal and group study — that will help incorporate biblical themes of social justice, communal grace, and our responsibility to care for the "least of these" among us — inside and out of our churches.

Take Action

Speak out about injustice and then put your words into action. Check out Sojourners current campaigns and join us today.
