Why mobilize? Many campaigns focus their energy on turning out votes for Election Day. But after the election ends, so does the urgency to act on campaign promises. We are mobilizing in Washington to make sure that the president and Congress take action to dramatically reduce both global and domestic poverty once they are in office.
